Hatefull attitudes and oversensitivity:: Sunday, September 07, 2003 ::
There seems to be an awful lot of negative emotions running around the DBZ fandom lately. I've been seeing authors hurting and manipulating others and then seeing people fly off the handle over simple comments. It's ruining the genre and driving talented authors away and I for one am sick of it! Damn it all people! We're supposed to band together, help each other with our writing and offer support when flamers assault us. Not snipe and tear each other apart! My message to these people is this: To the rude and nasty ones, stop and think about what you're saying! Would you want to be talked to like that? And to the over-sensitive types: Calm down and take a breather before you get all hurt. Some people come off a little rough, so don't spaz out! It's not worth it!

I'm having flashbacks to my childhood!
AAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! All my favorite toys from my childhood are coming back! Wai! First it was Carebears, then my first obsession Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! And today I just saw My Little Ponies! *squeals* I'm totally thrilled about the turtles though. I'm gonna have to collect all the Donatellos they make to keep my collection complete. *grins* I've been told that the new series is pretty good so I'm seriously considering getting the first DVD to check things out. The episodes look pretty much the same as the ones that were aired back when I was a kid. I'd love to see the old ones come out on DVD. Hey they're doing Transformers, so why not?
